Jewelry Depot Policies
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Jewelry Depot ships all items within three to five days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Jewelry Depot Return Policy If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. If you order the wrong item we will replace it but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return Please email Jewelrydepotsc@yahoo.com. Our merchandise are all estate pieces. We have high quality control and jewelers inspecting our merchandise; all of our merchandise has been polished and cleaned. Antique and vintage pieces beyond on control might show slight wear.
